Do you provide the same type of Termite Treatment on this program as you do with your Standard Termite Treatment that would cost me more?
Yes, it is the identical treatment. We protect all of our homes with TERMIDOR in accordance to our high standards of quality which supersedes the minimum State standards. 
How can you offer such a huge savings off of your initial termite treatment, if you are doing the same type of service?
Great question. We spread the cost over a period of one year, that is why there is a minimum one year commitment on this program.
Can I cancel this contract without any penalties after the 1st year?
Yes, after the 1st year, there is no penalty for cancelling the service other than losing all of your services.  
What happens if I cancel within the 1st year of service?
You will be required to pay the balance of the 1st years' monthly fee in full and you would lose your all the services.
What if I sell my home, what options do I have?
We would recommend that you offer the new homeowner the option of take over the service. There is no transfer fee to them, they would just assume the contract. Great selling feature to offer the new home owner.  
Can I cancel the Quarterly Pest Control portion of this contract and keep the Termite Services?
The initial answer is no. This is an all inclusive program, it is an all or nothing type of contract.

There may be a rare or unique situation that would require this. In those isolated situations, we could convert this contract back to a Standard Termite contract. There would be a one time conversion charge of $350 and a new contract would have to be signed and you would lose all the benefits of this program.
When do I start paying the monthly fee on this program?
The monthly fee begins the month after the initial termite treatment is performed, regardless of what date of the month the treatment is performed. 
What happens if I fail to pay the monthly fee?
If payment of the monthly fee is delinquent for whatever reason beyond 90 days, your contract will be cancelled and all of your services will cease completely.
Will my monthly payment ever go up?
Your monthly fee on this program is locked in for the first two years.

We do have periodic price increases based on market forces that are beyond our control. In our Company's history we have experienced price increases every 4 to 5 years. These increases have been minimal. We do not foresee any type of increase that would be more than $1 to $2 a month. 
Do I have to renew this contract every year?
No, once you sign up for this program, your services will continue for as long as you continue to pay the monthly fee, there is no expiration date.  
I know you Re-treat Termite protected properties every 10 years because of the chemical breakdown. Do you still perform the 10 year re-treatment on this program?, and if so, is there a cost like in the Standard Termite contract?
Yes, we still perform the 10 year re-treatment on all of our Termite protected homes.

No, there is no charge for the 10 year re-treatment on this program, that is one of the advantages of this program.
