How you save money on this program:

This program provides you with a lower initial Termite Treatment price and it includes our Quarterly Pest Control Service. We will be at your home (4) times a year treating and protecting you and your family from bugs. This service also includes flea and rodent protection* on the inside of your home.

​During these four visits we will also be conducting a termite inspection to insure your home stays Termite Free. This program also includes UNLIMITED additional treatments throughout the year against pests if needed at NO additional charge.  
* We offer flea and rodent protection on the exterior of your home for an additional charge.

Qualifications and Guidelines of the program:

  • Available to Residential Customers only
  • Requires a minimum (1) year commitment *
  • Services on this program cannot be separated **
  • Monthly fee must be paid through our auto billing service ***​
* Cancellation prior to the completion of the first year will require paying balance of the 1st year's commitment in full.
** This is an all inclusive program cancelling any part, cancels the entire contract due to the savings afforded to the customer.
*** Auto billing on the 1st or 15th of every month. Only exception to this method of payment would be an annual payment agreement paid in advance.

The comparison charts shows the savings and additional services you will receive on this program. The savings are based on the linear footage of your home.

10 yr. Re-Treatment Customers will receive 50% off the Initial Wipe Out Bugs
pricing, ​ if they choose to convert to the Wipe Out Bugs program.
